1.Are you a factory or trading company?

Our company is a factory established in 1990, we focus on plastic accessories for bags. We have varies of products, such as Plastic side release buckles, adjustable buckles, plastic handles,wheels and trolleys etc. We could offer you very low factory price and we could also do FOB price for you.

2. Can I get some free sample?

If we have stock, we’d like to send you for free, you only have to pay for the freight fee or kindly provide us the courier account for sample sending. We also offer OEM service (mold cost exclude) which you could design your own products, we have strong R&D team with over 30 years’ experience. 

3. How long can I get the sample from you?

For stock samples, we can send out right away, for special request samples, it takes 3-5days for production.

4. What kind of payment term do you accept?

T/T 30% as deposit is required, 70% balance to be paid before shipment. If it is a small payment we suggest to pay full in advance to save both bank cost.

5. How long does it take for bulk order?

Usually it takes 7-10 days depends on your quantity.
